Then the researchers found that eating curd mixed with honey helps the microbes in the curd to enter our body fully. For this, they investigated what chemical reactions take place by mixing a certain amount of honey with curd.

After this experiment, it was found that the honey protects the beneficial microbes in the curd from being destroyed by chemicals. A human study found that those who ate a mixture of curd and honey had more beneficial microbes in their stomachs than those who ate only curd.

People with intestinal disease and digestive problems can increase the number of microorganisms by mixing honey with yoghurt. While eating curd, remember that it is better to eat it with honey.
