Diabetes problem causes and control.

If you hear the word diabetes, you may think it is a hard disease. Diabetes is not a disease, it is a deficiency. Diabetes has two types which are type 1 and type 2. Type 1 is insulin-dependent diabetes in young. Type 2 is non-insulin-dependent diabetes of a mature person.

Insulin is a hormone produced in the pancreas. Human body glucose is decreasing with the help of insulin. If the lack of amount of insulin hormone is produced in the human body, blood sugar will rise high level. It is called diabetes.


Some ordinary causes of our lifestyle:

Suppose we change or are lazy from our routine life, it is also causing health problems.
Any stress and work pressure also create some deficiencies in our lives.
Lack of normal food activity is changing our body system so that it will affect health conditions.

Control diabetes:

Every diabetes patient should exercise properly; it is used to control blood sugar.

The human body's blood sugar level is 80-120 mg/dL so maintain this level through exercise, yoga and diets.

A proper diet provides all control in our body like pressure and glucose.
Gooseberry is best for diabetes.

Avoid all fatty and non-veg food, because it must increase sugar in our blood.

Spinaches are best for diabetes patients. Take spinach every week.
Blackberry fruits are the best snacks for diabetes patients.
