Wildlife
is essential for ecological balance in the environment. The innumerable plants could yield
products of immense medicinal value. We must conserve forests because wildlife is aesthetic,
ecological, educational, and scientific values.
Plants, animals, human beings, microorganisms, and other
living organism must need to live in the environment because this world is
equal to all living organisms. Humans do not only possess the world’s natural
resources. If humans possess themselves, some insects, honey bees and some other living
organisms will be extinct, and human beings also extinct in one day.
RED DATA BOOK
RED data book is a record book. The International Union for
Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources maintains the Red Data Book. This book contains a record of all animals
which are identified as endangered species or animals which are on the verge of
extinction. The reason for extinction was human activity do you know what is
diversity? Diversity means all living organisms animals and plants are living in
the world.
Migration
In general, animals migrate for climate changes, for
various seasons birds migrate from one country to another country. In the olden
days, Aristotle recognized the seasonal movements of animals 2000 years ago.
Some extinct animals
All around the world, some animals are in a state of
endanger. Some other animals were extinct due to many reasons of human activity.
For instance: Dodo was a flightless bird
that inhabited the island of Mauritius once. The bird dodo was last seen in the
year 1981.
Mammoths were elephant-like animals which were lived during the ice
age. The giant deer was the largest deer
that had ever lived. It was 7 feet tall at its shoulder. The giant deer was believed
to be the last one that died in Ireland 11,000 years ago. The golden toad was a shiny
bright orange toad. The last was seen as a golden toad in the year of 1989 in
Costa Rica.
